Banana Bread


2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 over ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter melted and cooled
2 large eggs 
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine all dry ingredients.

Mash 2 bananas with fork in a separate bowl.  Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and sugar.  Incorporate dry ingredients, fold the rest of the bananas in.

Cook for 1 hour 15 min.
