Coconut Bread

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
*mix

2 tsp. coconut extract
3 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup buttermild

combine alternating dry and wet ingredients.

Add 1 cup angel flake coconut, 1 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Bake at 350 degrees

Glaze
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tlbs. butter

Boil 5 min.  add 1 tsp. coconut extract.  Pour over Bread once baked.
