Chipotle Chicken Soup

2 tlbs. vegetable oil
1 medium onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
*saute

Add
1/8 tsp. chipotle powder
1 tlbs. chili powder
2 tsp. kosher salt
*Cook about 5 min.

6 cups chicken broth
1 cup corn kernels
*Add and cook 10 min.

1 ripe tomato diced
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
*Add at End

Garnish with:
Cilantro
Lime
Cheese
Chips
