Standard Italian Sauce

Meat

1 carrot
1/2 onion
1 celery stock
1/2 zucchini
1 clove garlic

Saute vegetables (after browning meat)

add 18 oz. tomato sauce and 1 can diced tomatoes.

Then add spices:
oregano, salt, sugar, basil, pepper, garlic

Simmer until noodles are ready to mix in.
