Smooth Icing


5 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup crisco
1/2 tsp. salt

Chocolate cake= 1/2 tsp. Almond extract, 1/2 tsp. vanilla
All other cakes= 1/4 tsp. rum extract, 1/2 tsp. lemon extract, 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cold water by tlbs. until desired consistency.
