Crepes

Batter-
4 eggs
4 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 tlbs. sugar
2 1/4 cups milk
1/3 cup oil or melted butter
1/2 tsp-1 tsp. vanilla

Blend in a blender.  If you chill over 4 hours to overnight batter is thicker.  But use oil if chilling for longer period of time.

Filling
1 cup shipped cream
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

*Top with Danish Dessert topping or boil fruit with sugar
