Basic Dinner Rolls

1 tlbs. yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup warm water

Let sit for 10 min.

Add
1/2 c oil
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
5 cups flour

Mix and add more flour if necessary.  Don't add too much flour, you still want a slightly sticky consistency to your rolls.

Makes 16 decent sized rolls, cook on a jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min.
